No two projects are ever the same, but our approach always is. Whether we're renovating a beach shack, reimagining an old barn or creating a completely unique space, our role is to solve problems, uncover opportunities and make the most of what's already there. Who We Are

One Palm Building is led by husband-and-wife team Casey and Sara. Casey brings over 15 years of hands-on building experience, while Sara works alongside him as our in-house designer, helping clients shape their vision long before construction begins.

Supported by our close-knit building team, we take a collaborative approach to every project—combining thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and practical problem-solving to create homes that are both functional and full of character.
