Who We Are

One Palm Building is a boutique building company specialising in renovations, led by husband-and-wife team Casey and Sara.

Casey leads the construction side of the business, bringing years of hands-on building experience and a practical, problem-solving approach to every project. Sara works alongside him as One Palm’s in-house designer, helping clients refine layouts, explore ideas and make considered design decisions throughout the process.

Together with our small building team, we take a collaborative and hands-on approach from the early planning stages right through to construction and the finishing details.

Building + Design, Together

Having construction and design working side by side allows us to look at each project as a whole. We can problem-solve layouts, budgets, materials and construction details together, finding solutions that are both practical and considered.

Making the Most of What’s There

We’re drawn to renovations that require a little creative thinking—reworking existing spaces, solving tricky layouts and finding ways to bring more functionality and character to a home without losing what made it special in the first place.

A Small, Hands-On Team

Keeping our building team small means we can stay closely involved in every project. It allows us to maintain the level of communication, care and attention to detail that we believe a renovation deserves.
